1969

Key Members from Citizen's Federation for Peace in Vietnam (Beheiren) began Publication of English quarterly "AMPO"

1973

Members of "AMPO" established PARC in Tokyo

1979

Published Japanese quarterly "Sekai Kara (From the World)"

1982

Launched the PARC Freedom School

1983

Celebrated 10th anniversary and proclaimed PARC International Solidarity Manifesto

1989

Hosted international people's events named the People's Plan for 21st Century (PP21) all over Japan, and Minamata Declaration- Alliance of Hope is declared

1992

PP21 is held in Thailand and Rajchadamanoen Pledge is declared

1993

Held the International People's Tribunal to Judge the G7 at Tokyo, and the Indictment is released

1995

Launched a Japanese NGO network on ODA Reform

1996

Third PP21 is held in Nepal and Sagarmatha Declaration is declared

1998

International Symposium on Asian Economic Crisis and People's Alternatives is held in Tokyo

1999

Launched the East Timor People's Peace Relief Project (PPRP), and set up Dili office at East Timor

2000

Held the Jubilee 2000 Okinawa Conference paralleling with G7 Summit in Okinawa

2002

Lauched a reserch on "Globalization" focusing on 100 Yen Shop (i.e. Japanese dollar stores)

2003

Held PARC 30 Year Anniversary International Symposium, "Another World is Possible"

2004

Launched the Sri Lanka Fishing Coomunity Support Project

2005

Held the Synmposium "50 Years of ODA"

2007

Participated in the First Asian Forum on Solidarity Economy at Manilla

2008

Divided Inter-peoples cooperation projects and fairtrade projects to a sister organization Parcic

2009

Hosted the Second Asian Forum on Solidarity Economy at Tokyo

2011

Joined a domestic network "People's Movement Against the TPP"
